Fall Has Arrived!
This time of year is lovely. No bugs, cooler weather, and eventually a variety of colours all around us. The work doesn’t stop though. We’ve got firewood and a bunch of harvesting from the garden, not to mention finishing off the fencing for the cows among other things.
All this and coming up on Saturday the 29th,
Mike and I will be sitting at the end of our driveway with all our goodies (Syrup, soap and veg!) from 10am-5pm. The Country Roads Open House tour takes place at this time of year on St. Joseph Island. It’s a cool event that takes visitors on a driving tour to various entrepreneurs all over the Island. The event is both Saturday and Sunday, but we’ll only be open on the Saturday! So if you happen to be in the area, come for a tour and take in the lovely scenery and stop by for some Maple goodness!
